I. Cancellation Policy for Goods

Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw and return  this product purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Maison Outlet, Rotenturmstrasse 14, Austria, returns@maisonoutlet.store, telephone: +43 660 789 5302) of your decision to withdraw from this product by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Revocation

If you cancel this product purchase, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this product. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.

Return Labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we provide you with free return labels for your return within Germany. The return label will be enclosed with your shipment. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in your country (FedEx, DHL).


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Other Important Details
• All returns must be inspected upon arrival; if an item is found to be worn, used, or not in its original condition (tags, packaging etc.), the return may be rejected. 
 
• If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if the parcel is unclaimed, extra fees may be deducted (e.g. for restocking or return shipping). 

• The customer is usually responsible for customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees for shipments outside the EU. We provides relevant documentation to help.  

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
